Everyone’s journey is unique and should be tailored specifically to them. I believe that therapy is a collaborative and holistic process - meaning that the mind and body work intimately together, while also ensuring that you have a strong voice in what your therapeutic journey is.

I’ve always had a strong desire to help people navigate and overcome the challenges they face - especially as they transition through different stages of life. Taking this initial step of seeking support is a tremendous sign of courage, and one that I am honored to be a part of. I help individuals and couples live fulfilling lives through fostering strength, encouragement, and honesty.

What you can expect from working with me is a mindfulness-based practice that focuses on the person as a whole - mind and body. Together we’ll explore the role of your nervous system, and how things like anxiety, trauma, or relationship stress show up in your body. We will find tools to navigate challenges both in and out of session.

I love creating space for clients to unpack the deeper internal monologues we often don’t realize are there. I have a special place in my heart for working with women’s issues, anxiety, and trauma. These struggles are common, and something that people face every day. I also love helping individuals and couples navigate challenges stemming from purity culture.

Understanding how anxiety and trauma manifests in your body can be key in helping discover why these issues keep you stuck. I draw on various evidence-based therapy modalities in order to equip individuals and couples with the best toolbox to grow.

Outside of the office, you’ll find me cheering for our local sports teams, traveling, being a local and traveling foodie, or curled up with my latest book.
