I am considered an out of network provider. Your insurance plan may still cover all, or a portion of, your therapy sessions even though I do not accept insurance. Sea Glass cannot submit any claims on your behalf, but can provide paperwork for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

One day of Intensive EMDR is equivalent to months of traditional weekly therapy.
Our signature EMDR Intensives are priced as packages that include a 90 minute intake, intensive sessions scheduled in 3-hour increments, client workbook, customized grounding toolkit, exclusive resources, and 90 minute follow up session. Although the cost of EMDR Intensives is greater up front, it is the most cost-effective option in the long run. One intensive is equivalent to months of therapy, and research shows EMDR Intensives decrease overall treatment time. Price excludes initial 30 minute phone consultation.
Phone Consult 30 minutes, $50 - Find out if an EMDR intensive is right for you.

Ohio Crime Victim Compensation Program
The Ohio Crime Victim Compensation Program reimburses qualifying victims for out-of-pocket expenses lost as a direct result of the victimization. If you or your family members are innocent victims of a violent crime, financial assistance may be available. This program pays for a wide range of expenses including medical counseling bills.
CareCredit
Get 6 or 12 months of deferred interest financing for Intensive EMDR sessions with CareCredit. If you already have a CareCredit line of credit, then you’re all set. Just let us know you want to use CareCredit before your first session. You may prequalify for CareCredit with no impact to your credit score.
Would you be surprised if I told you that even if your therapist doesn’t accept insurance, that your insurance company may cover all, or a portion of your therapy services? Out of network benefits pay the client back for services, instead of paying the provider.
No Surprises Act & Good Faith Estimate
You may obtain a Good Faith Estimate of our charges upon request prior to scheduling.
The No Surprises Act is a federal law which provides you with the right to a good faith estimate of the cost of services at our practice. However, Ohio licensing board rules require us to provide you with the actual cost of our charges in a written informed consent form to which you must agree prior to our providing services. That will be available to you prior to you being seen for services and prior to any billing. In most cases, it is impossible to estimate how many sessions you will need, and that will not be determined until your concerns are evaluated and will also vary based on the progress that you make, which depends in part on your efforts with the process. You will be free to discontinue services at any time or the services may otherwise be terminated in accordance with the informed consent form language.
Although the No Surprises Act says that you may initiate a dispute process if the actual charges are substantially in excess of the Good Faith Estimated charges (i.e. if you are charged $400 more than the estimated cost for a session or for the total estimate provided), that is unlikely to happen and would be a violation of Ohio state licensing board rules, since you will be agreeing up front to actual charges per session prior to being seen. Dispute information is available upon request, however. Any changes to our fees will require a change in the informed consent form fees, which you must agree to prior to having them go into effect, otherwise the fees will remain in effect for 12 months.
